Our Fleet Is At Your Service

Infina Health provides compassionate and highly skilled medical care to more than 9 million residents and covers over 300 square miles, southeast Pennsylvania. Our fleet of ambulances provide ambulance service primarily around Philadelphia and surrounding areas. As a growing integrated medical transport company, we have a range of services offered from non-emergency medical transportation to emergency medical transportation. BLS Ambulance

Our Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances are fully equipped and staffed by two highly trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's). Infina Health provides ambulance service 7-days a week. All ambulances are licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. In addition to making sure that the vehicle and equipment meet set standards, the county EMS agencies also license all of our EMT field personnel. Depend on us for your EMS emergency and non-emergency transportation services.

ALS Ambulance

Infina Health has expanded our service capabilities by adding Advanced Life Support / Paramedic Services. These resources are utilized for ALS/Paramedic level interfacility transport services. Our vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to transport the critical patient in a mobile hospital setting. these services are also used for Standy Events and back up 911 services throughout Reading, Philadelphia, and surrounding counties. NEMT

A pilar of our core services, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) was started almost as early as our appointment-based transportation service. From accessible taxis to non-emergency transportation in a specialized vehicle, we have a caring staff and vehicle to suit every patient's need.

CC Transport

When a patient in critical condition needs to be transferred from one facility to another, that patient needs a higher level of transport service. This service is known as a Critical Care Transport or CCT level of service. Infina Health does yet operate in this space but is seeking to grow our capabilities in the near term. Once live, our vehicles will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to transport the critical patient in a mobile hospital setting

Wheelchair Transport

On-demand wheelchair transportation via our medical vans is our expertise. We understand there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” service; each passenger is unique, so we tailor our services to fit the respective needs of everyone we transport. We go above and beyond for comfort and peace of mind

Bariatric Transport

Careful care, reinforced wheelchairs, heavy duty motors, and an experienced patient transport team all work together to ensure a safe and smooth ride for our bariatric patients. Utilizing our vast fleet of vehicles, we match the patient to the right vehicle, whether it be a integrated medical transport van or an emergency medical services ambulance.

Community, Special Events, and Standbys

Infina Health is a "Community Oriented" service provider. We have been actively participating in and giving back to the communities we serve for over 40 years.
One of the many ways we do this is by promoting community safety and awareness programs. We also provide ambulance standby coverage for county, city, charity and private events.

Special Needs Transport

For those with severe disabilities or a handicap, secure, wheel-chair transportation is often the only method of travel. Each member of our team takes pride in providing wheelchair transportation services with an understanding, caring approach. We treat passengers with respect, keep wait times to a minimum, show up on time and get to and from destinations in a timely fashion — all while ensuring the complete safety of our passengers.

Concierge Transport

When you need the safety and security of a non-emergency ambulance transport but do not meet the medical necessity standards that your insurance provider mandates, what are the alternatives? We have created an affordable alternative called Concierge Transport Services. If your insurance will not authorize or pay for a non-emergency ambulance, you can call and request our Concierge Transport Service. You receive the same quality service, but payment for this service is your responsibility.
